Subprocessors

Eva Commerce, Inc. uses the following subprocessors to deliver services that involve the processing of customer personal data, as described in our Data Processing Agreement. We update this page at least thirty (30) days before adding or replacing a subprocessor. To receive change notifications by email, contact privacy@eva.guru.

Service Delivery
Where the contracted services include email and SMS marketing, marketplace management, or advertising execution, processing also occurs inside the platforms Customer already operates and licenses (for example Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Meta, Google Ads, and Customer’s chosen messaging platform). Those platforms act under Customer’s own agreements with them and are not Eva subprocessors.
